- Contribute to the innovative design of solar powered electronic devices by:
- By serving as system design reference within a cross-functional design team
- Closely working with hardware/firmware and software development staff
- Making engineering recommendations to key functional system building blocks
- Managing projects in the developing and configuration PV electronic devices
- Training in product design, e.g. high-end consumer electronics
- Experience with electronic system components, e.g. power storage/control units
- Good ability to use design modeling tools with advanced 3D CAD skills
- Experience in Design for Manufaturing (DFM) and Design for Assambly (DFA)
- BS or MS in Mechanical, Electromechanical or Electronics Engineering or related
- Working knowledge of finite element analysis and digital components integration
- Fluent spoken/Excellent writing English, German and French a plus
- Good communicator and fine project management skills
- Self started, performs well in stress and knows how to lead/take early responsibilities
